LAURIE KATHRYN GRANT
CHIEF STRATEGIST
Laurie brings decades of dynamic expertise and strategic insight. Her experience spans warehouse to C-suite, startup to Fortune 100, across global creative industries, entertainment, software development, and management consulting—giving her a unique lens on what drives market leadership.
Known for cutting through complexity with focused clarity, she helps clients find the direction they need to succeed. After losing her clients during COVID, she pivoted and boldly repositioned SHYUI to help established businesses shift from being “another option” to the “obvious choice.”
Laurie is currently refreshing her 2017 book, Create CALM From Chaos, which offers actionable strategies to maximize power, performance, and profits.
HARLEY JAYMES GRANT
CHIEF CREATIVE
Currently completing OCAD University’s first Honours BA in Visual & Critical Studies, Harley brings analytical insight to visual strategy from his thorough exploration of how culture, environment, psychology, and politics shape human responses to visual communication.
His research spans global perspectives—from Indigenous practices and Latin American politics to Asian cultures, Middle Eastern symbolism, European societal immersion, and religion over the ages. This cross-cultural analytical framework allows him to decode what speaks to diverse audiences—and why.
Harley blends visual intelligence with hands-on operational experience to deliver creatively innovative solutions for SHYUI’s clients that perform effectively and connect psychologically.
